What are we looking for?
At GFT we have an open position for someone willing to work as Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person interested in working in an international enviroment.
Your main role and responsibilities will be:
Lead and administer compensation programs aligned with the company’s values and strategic priorities, including salary survey participation, global market benchmarking, annual merit cycles, and bonus plan administration.
In partnership with the HR Director, plan, develop, and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures to support company goals and maintain competitive practices.
Apply analytics and knowledge of advanced compensation concepts and theories to address highly complex business and cross-functional HR challenges.
Oversee and direct program and project resources, ensuring alignment with program structure, project objectives and timely implementation.
Ensure compensation programs are administered consistently and in compliance with internal policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Monitor the effectiveness of compensation practices and recommend cost-effective, market-aligned enhancements aligned with business objectives.
Look for opportunities to integrate AI technologies into compensation processes, identifying ways to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and automate program management.
Consult with managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluations.
Actively partner with local HR to monitor labor market trends and business conditions across 20 countries where we operate.
Partner with the HR Technology team to assess, implement, and optimize compensation planning tools.
Design thoughtful, creative solutions to compensation-related challenges and programs.
Compile, analyze, and present compensation data clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
Skills will help you succeed:
5–10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or large matrix organization
Strong knowledge of global compensation practices and benefits design
Experience managing compensation cycles across multiple countries
Familiarity with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g, SuccessFactors, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson surveys)
Fluent English speaker
