General Cover Teacher Skegness

About the role:

Justteachers are seeking a flexible and confident General Cover Teacher to work with one of our welcoming partner secondary schools in the Skegness area from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable educator who enjoys working across a range of subjects and supporting students in their day‑to‑day learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set work and lessons across KS3-KS4
• Support GCSE Students with tailored Interventions
• Maintain a positive learning environment for all
• Follow the school’s behaviour management policy

Pre-requisites:

• Have experience working with secondary-aged pupil
• Hold QTS, QTLS, or have relevant classroom experience as an unqualified teacher or cover supervisor
• Are confident managing behaviour and engaging learners
• Are adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting young people
