Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive 4+ PQE

A strong regional Law firm with offices across Surrey, Kent and London is looking for a top calibre Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its successful property team.

This role offers the chance to handle quality residential conveyancing work in a friendly, well-run team where you will have direct client contact, strong internal support and genuine scope to continue developing your career.

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload across a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions
• Listed building transactions
• And more

Experience Required

• 4+ PQE Residential Property experience
• Qualified Solicitor | Legal Executive
• Strong experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
• Confident managing a busy caseload
• Client-focused, personable and commercially aware
• Strong relationship management skills
• Enjoy working as part of a busy and collaborative team
