Having such great solutions, we are looking for a Business Solution Architect to join our brave and brilliant Business Development Team.
What will you do on a daily basis?
Pre-Sales:
Leading the discovery phase of loyalty projects, gathering requirements and defining solution scope.
Designing solutions aligned with customer expectations on time, cost, and resources.
Developing project implementation plans for Synerise components, ensuring alignment with client and partner dependencies.
Actively contributing to product development by sharing insights, ideas, and market requirements.
Conducting demo sessions and solution overviews for global partners and prospective clients (deep knowledge of the Synerise platform will be required).
Post-Sales:
Supporting project execution by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, attending meetings, and proactively resolving internal blockers.
Gathering and documenting key use cases and success stories.
Preparing case studies and contributing to knowledge sharing across the organization.
Continuously improving internal and external documentation.
What will make us a perfect match?
Technical Expertise:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Solution Architect, or in a similar technical role.
Strong proficiency in high-level system design, data flow mapping, and business process modeling.
Experience in designing customer journeys and identifying process gaps or optimization opportunities.
Proven ability to review and interpret technical documentation, including API/SDK references, client architectures, and data models.
Practical experience using API development tools (e.g., Postman) for constructing and testing requests.
Business Acumen:
Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Excellent command of Polish and English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
Interpersonal & Intrapersonal Skills:
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to act independently with minimal supervision.
Creativity and innovation in designing solutions and addressing challenges.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, international environment, often across multiple time zones.

Background in international project delivery or retail sales growth initiatives.
Familiarity with the Synerise platform.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solution models.
