About the Role

Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, Tuesday-Thursday)
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for 6-month extensions)
Compensation Range: $50.00 - $60.00/hr W2
We are seeking a high-caliber Creative Agency Manager to provide white-glove project management support for an elite in-house creative agency. This is not just a scheduling role; we need a disciplined, proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of the creative lifecycle. You will act as the bridge between creative talent (designers and writers) and business stakeholders, ensuring that high-quality marketing assets move from strategy to deployment with maximum efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses a "consultative" mindset-someone who doesn't just follow a workflow but understands the "why" behind it and can independently design new processes to accelerate speed to market.
 
Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Organize, prioritize, and track complex campaigns and individual projects using Adobe Workfront.
  • Stakeholder Excellence: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and business partners, tailoring communication styles to navigate executive environments with ease.
  • Process Innovation: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement automation or workflow improvements to enhance team velocity.
  • Resource Coordination: Scope level-of-effort for creative roles, manage resource allocation, and lead kickoffs to ensure alignment on goals.
  • Change Management: Navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, clearly documenting and communicating changes to the broader team to minimize friction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within a creative or marketing agency setting.
  • Technical Mastery: At least 3 years of deep, hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.
  • Communication: Superior executive presence with the ability to articulate rationales for creative decisions and technical workflows.
  • Asset Knowledge: A strong understanding of creative processes across diverse mediums including social, video, motion, print, and digital.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
