They are known for working in a fast-paced, structured environment with strong focus on planning accuracy, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Functie In this role as Teamlead Production Planning a.i. you will: Lead and coordinate the local Planning Team, ensuring clear objectives, priorities, and performance follow-up. Create and maintain an optimal production plan, taking into account capacity, product mix, production methods, and timing constraints. Manage stock and item planning for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Organise and oversee periodic cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities. Monitor and support budget control related to planning activities. Measure team and planning performance through KPI setting and performance reviews. Act as a key interface with manufacturing, supply chain, shipping, customer service, sales, development labs, and suppliers. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supply chain processes. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health standards. Profiel A successful Teamlead Production Planning a.i. will have: Proven experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a planning team. Strong knowledge of capacity planning, S&OP processes, and inventory management. Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field. Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch proficiency is required. A results-driven, pragmatic mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic interim context. Important: this assignment is exclusively available for interim (ZZP) professionals.
