Job title – Area Sales Manager (Hybrid)
Base location –Jammu
Responsibilities- Direct, Distribution & Projects
• Dealer & Distributor network sales-management & project sales in given territory.
• Regularly meeting and developing relationships with Architects, Builders, interior designers, etc. to generate inquiries and close sales.
• Achievement of targeted sales volumes through Retail, Distribution & Project Sales
• Procurement of orders from dealers, distributors, developers and timely supply thereon.
• Appointing Sub Dealers with Distributors and driving secondary sales from them.
• Work in coordination with the marketing team for proper and timely display.
• Conducting Architect & plumber meetings to promote the products.
• Informing management about the competitor’s strategy and pricing.
• Responsible for the payments & collections.
• Mapping projects of the given territory and converting the same into sales.
