As a Procurement Business Partner you will join a high-performing procurement function, supporting major projects and operational teams across a complex, fast-paced organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted procurement partner to key business stakeholders.
- Lead and support end-to-end procurement activity across a range of indirect and project-based categories.
- Develop sourcing strategies that deliver value, mitigate risk, and support business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across procurement processes.
- Provide commercial and procurement expertise to support strategic business initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in supply chain or procurement within the construction, manufacturing or public sector industry
- Must have knowledge of NEC and JCT construction contracts
- Understanding of procurement strategies, processes and commercial principles
- Experience managing supplier performance and contractual relationships
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
