The best work happens at the nexus of learning and culture-building.  University of San Francisco Programs Andersen is committed to ensuring our employees have the resources to further their personal growth and development. Our unique partnership with the University of San Francisco (USF) provides a tailored curriculum for eligible employees and is fully funded by the firm.  The Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM), Master of Legal Studies in Taxation (MLST), and Accounting Immersion Program (AIP) offer an exceptional platform for Andersen employees to broaden and strengthen their skills through higher education. Open to eligible full and part-time employees, participants who successfully complete the programs will either obtain an advanced degree (MBA, LLM, MLST) and/or fundamental accounting knowledge (AIP). Each program is offered fully online and takes into consideration the U.S. tax busy season as it pertains to enrollment and scheduling.   *LLM and MLST programs may offer some coursework on campus. Enterprise Master of Business Administration (MBA) The MBA degree track is for individuals with an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university (as determined by USF), interested in maintaining or enhancing their relevant job skills and obtaining an advanced degree in business administration. Andersen worked collaboratively with the USF School of Management to ensure this program meets the specific professional development needs of Andersen employees in today’s dynamic, global business environment. Watch the USF+Andersen MBA video introduction here. Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM) The LLM degree track, provided through the USF School of Law, is for individuals who have already earned their Juris Doctor from an accredited law school (as determined by USF). Master of Legal Studies in Taxation (MLST) The MLST degree track, provided through the USF School of Law, is for individuals with an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university (as determined by USF) who have not earned a first degree in law (non-lawyers). Accounting Immersion Program (AIP) The USF Accounting Immersion Program, a four course certificate program, is designed for Practice new hires who have a JD degree and undergraduates who did not major in Accounting and require accounting knowledge in their role with the Firm. Participants will learn accounting fundamentals in support of their professional growth – all while earning college credits that can be applied toward becoming a CPA or earning a graduate degree.
