FT ADJUSTER LOCATION San Antonio, TX Job ID: 486785027 JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Service Sales Representative Responsible for quoting & selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business. We seek to deliver Exceptional Customer Service to ALL our customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Investigation of personal auto losses resulting due to thefts, vandalism, fire and weather related losses Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written with 1st and 3rd party claimants, as well as attorney’s Identifying potential for Special Investigation Unit involvement by recognizing key indicators of possible claims fraud Ability to interpret and apply policy language from multiple personal auto policies to ensure compliance claims handling and accurate claims outcome Maintain a reasonable claims inventory by properly managing time and multi-tasking in a high call volume environment BENEFIT CONDITIONS Waiting period may apply Only full–time employees eligible COVID-19 PRECAUTION(S) Personal protective equipment provided or required Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Loya Insurance Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
