Architectural Technician / Part ll Architect

This buoyant independent housing developer who work on new build and heritage/listed building projects have started the year how they ended last year as sales continue to come through. Due to acquiring further sites they are now looking to add to the talented team to continue steering them in the right direction. Working alongside an experienced Design Manager you will assist from ‘pre planning’ stage through to working drawings. You will also visit sites and work with external consultants. In order to be successful you will have a good understanding of the RIBA project process and building regulation standards along with being fluent with AutoCAD. You will have concise written and communication skills working to timeframes They can offer a professional, relaxed atmosphere with the opportunity of working from home a few days a week.
