Support Worker - Kettering

Calling caring and dedicated individuals!   Mencap is looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Kettering - the service is in the NN16 post code As a Support Worker, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. You’ll be supporting three ladies and three gentlemen, each with their own unique strengths, personalities, and support needs. Your role will include assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.
