A-Line Staffing is now hiring X-Ray Technician in Morristown, NJ, 07960. The
X-Ray Technician would be working for a Major Regional Healthcare system.
X-Ray Technician Highlights:
- 100% Onsite at a Major Acute Care Hospital
- Schedule: 10 AM – 6 PM including EOW and on call
- Pay Range: $55-60 Hourly
X-Ray Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
- Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, and ensure the physical and physiological comfort of patients.
- Monitor need for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care.
- Exhibit initiative, problem identification, resolution, and analytical skills.
- Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
X-Ray Technician Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accredited Radiography School
- 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician
- NJ State RT License
- ARRT certification
- BLS certified
- Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting and proper care of all equipment
- Current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, as well as new developments and innovations in hardware and software technology
- Demonstrated initiative, problem identification, resolution and analytical skills are essential as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
