Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in the Milford Haven area to recruit a dynamic and adaptable teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire learners in their subject specialism while confidently delivering general cover across KS3 and KS4 when required.

The Role
Deliver high-quality lessons in your subject specialism
Provide general cover across a range of secondary subjects when needed
Maintain strong classroom management and high expectations
Adapt lesson delivery to meet diverse learning needs
Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute positively to the wider school community
We’re Looking For
A qualified secondary teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
A genuine passion for your specialist subject
Confident delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible, proactive and adaptable approach
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Requirements
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
24 months’ worth of professional references
Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
