Vous êtes passionné(e) par les projets ERP et souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la réussite de programmes Dynamics 365 à forte valeur ajoutée ?

Rejoignez nos équipes en tant que Delivery Lead Business Analyst et contribuez à la conception, au pilotage et à la mise en œuvre de solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations pour accompagner la transformation de nos clients.

Votre rôle

En tant que Delivery Lead BA, vous intervenez à la fois sur les dimensions fonctionnelles et de pilotage :

• Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de Business Analysts sur les projets Dynamics 365
• Piloter la collecte des besoins métiers et garantir leur bonne compréhension
• Superviser la conception fonctionnelle et assurer la qualité des livrables
• Définir et suivre les priorités en lien avec les enjeux projet et les attentes client
• Assurer l’interface entre les équipes métier, fonctionnelles et techniques
• Contribuer aux choix de solution et challenger les besoins pour maximiser la valeur apportée
• Participer au pilotage global du delivery (planning, risques, qualité)
• Accompagner les phases de test, de déploiement et de conduite du changement
• Contribuer à la relation client et aux instances de suivi projet

Votre profil

• Expérience significative en tant que Business Analyst sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Expérience en pilotage d’équipe ou coordination fonctionnelle
• Bonne maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs domaines : Finance, Supply Chain (T&L), Manufacturing ou Project Accounting
• Expérience sur des projets de transformation ERP d’envergure
• Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et internationaux
• Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer
• Excellentes compétences en communication
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
