<div>Turn Your Passion for Helping Others into a Career That Matters If you’re driven to support individuals and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.</div> This position includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus, paid in three equal installments. <div>As a full-time Social Worker, you will provide compassionate, patient‑centered care by planning, directing, and coordinating individualized and group therapeutic support services for individuals facing mental health, behavioral health, and substance use challenges.This position plays a key role in supporting patients’ recovery journeys through assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic engagement.</div> The hourly pay range for this position is $25.43–$38.14 Bronson offers competitive wages along with a comprehensive benefits package and many additional perks. <ul><li>Three Medical Plan Levels, Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>HSA with a Company Contribution</li><li>FSA Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account</li><li>Basic Life/AD&D and Supplemental Life Insurance</li><li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance</li><li>401k with a Company Match </li><li>EAP (Employee Assistance Program)</li><li>Employee Discount Program</li><li>Generous PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays.</li></ul> ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Conduct social history assessment of the patient through observation and patient/family interview, obtaining information on the patient’s needs, skills, interests and limitations for the development and implementation of the treatment plan.</li><li>Coordinate and plan programs and activities to meet patient’s social and emotional needs. </li><li>Promote recovery, symptom reduction and the achievement of the highest level of social functioning.</li><li>Provides crisis management and family sessions to assist the family in understanding the implications and complexities of a life situation and its impact on lifestyle. </li><li>Assist in the development of effective treatment plans that apply therapeutic principles appropriately while ensuring safety at all times for the patient.</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meeting to discuss patient assessment, treatment plan and ongoing discharge plan.</li><li>Communicate or aid family members in understanding and supporting the patient.</li><li>Manage a caseload and assume responsibility for patient chart documentation.</li><li>Facilitate education, process groups, support groups and referrals as requested.</li><li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.</li></ul>OTHER FUNCTIONS: <ul><li>Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.</li></ul> EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university, including new graduate required.</li><li>One or more years’ experience working with patient population preferred.</li></ul> LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Eligible for state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC), Registered Addiction Counselor (RAC), as required by the state in which the facility is operating.</li><li>CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).</li><li>First aid may be required based on state or facility.</li></ul> While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties from particular jobs when circumstances (e.g. emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs or technological developments) dictate.
