Clinical Responsibilities

  • Continuous telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
  • Cardiac and medical-surgical patient management
  • Monitoring heart rate, oxygen saturation, and hemodynamic stability
  • Medication administration and treatment interventions
  • Collaboration with physicians and specialty care teams
  • Patient and family education
  • Documentation within the EMR platform
  • Escalation of deteriorating patient conditions
  • Active Missouri RN License or Compact License
  • Minimum 2+ years recent telemetry experience preferred
  • Previous acute care hospital experience required
  • BLS Certification Required
  • ACLS Certification Preferred
  • Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
  • Comfortable working in high-acuity inpatient environments
  • Consistent 12-hour night scheduling
  • Long-term assignment stability
  • Advanced cardiac and trauma environment
  • Strong specialty and ICU support
  • Regional referral center experience
  • Collaborative inpatient care model
