💼 Property Manager – Student Housing & Co-Living📍 Los Angeles, CA (Westwood / Adjacent to UCLA)⚡ $110,000 – $135,000+ / year OVERVIEWA premier LA Based real estate developer is seeking a dynamic, high-level Property Manager to oversee three recently completed student housing and co-living buildings totaling 198bedrooms, two of which are located directly adjacent to UCLA. This is not your standard residential role—it is a fast-paced leadership position managing a specialized student-centric portfolio. An additional 229 bedrooms will be completed in 24 months directly across the street, taking the portfolio to 427 total bedrooms. We are looking for a growth-minded professionalready to scale and eventually lead a cutting edge LA based management company 🏡WHAT YOU’LL DO● Portfolio Oversight: Manage the daily operations of three new student housing/co-livingproperties totaling 229 bedrooms with a primary focus on the UCLA student demographic.● Operational Excellence: Oversee and actively participate in leasing including managinghigh-volume turnover periods common in student housing.● Marketing: Oversee all marketing including on-line advertising.● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor on-site staff to provide a high-touch, "concierge-style" resident experience.● Financial Management: Drive performance through aggressive occupancy goals,expense control, and detailed financial reporting using Entrata software.● Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant, inclusive living environment through residentevents and proactive relationship management.● Vendor & Maintenance Management: Ensure all properties maintain "AAA" curb appealand respond rapidly to maintenance needs with our in-house staff.● Strategic Growth: Assist in the preparation and pre-leasing strategy for the upcomingschool year.● Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Fair Housing laws and local Los Angeleshousing regulations. 🤩 WHY YOU MATTERYou are the face of the brand in one of the most competitive rental markets in the country. Because student housing and co-living requires a unique blend of hospitality and traditional management, your ability to build community is just as important as your financial acumen.
