Senior Business Analyst - 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Leadership

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements for complex initiatives

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, opportunities, and solution options

• Translate business goals into actionable insights and deliverables

• Provide thought leadership on process improvements and best practices

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with business partners, product owners, and technical teams

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to drive clarity and alignment

• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions and managing expectations

Requirements Management

• Develop and maintain high-quality artifacts (e.g., business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases)

• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business value

• Manage scope and traceability throughout the project lifecycle

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Support Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the backlog

• Ensure readiness of stories and acceptance criteria before development begins

Process Improvement

• Analyze current-state processes and recommend optimized future-state solutions

• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams

Quality & Validation

• Partner with QA and stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business needs

• Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

• Ensure delivered solutions align with defined success criteria

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity

• Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills

• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
