This is an on-site role, requiring to be in the office Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
We are looking to fill two separate positions: one is based at our Crate HQ in Northbrook, IL, and the other at our CB2 HQ in Chicago, IL.
A day in the life as a Paid Social Analyst...
Own the end-to-end setup of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring flawless execution of naming conventions, tracking tags, and audience parameters
Conduct daily pacing and performance checks to ensure budgets are scaling toward monthly targets and hitting efficiency KPIs
Manage the creative asset pipeline. You will pull granular performance data (hook rates, hold rates, CTR) to help the Manager brief the creative team on what’s actually converting
Partner with Martech and Feed partners to ensure product feeds are optimized for each platform and driving max impact
Support internal weekly and monthly performance shareouts, moving beyond "what happened" to "why it happened," and ‘what are we going to do next’using Excel and platform insights
Execute A/B tests and lift studies (Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Geo holdout) to validate the incrementality of our social spend
Partner closely with Creative, eComm and CRM teams to ensure creative landing pages and audiences (1P data) are optimal and aligned with the broader business
What you’ll bring to the table…
Proven expertise in Paid Social execution specifically across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, including experience with Advantage+ and other automated solutions
High-level "hands-on-keys" proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads; experience with Adobe Analytics or specialized social optimization tools is preferred
Experience with Catalog management and feed optimization to drive product discovery and personalized ad experiences
Solid understanding of platform algorithms and the technical infrastructure (Conversion API, offline signals, 1P data) required to steer them
Strong analytical and visualization skills, with a proven ability to turn raw data into actionable Omni-channel insights; Excel expertise is a must
A testing-first mindset, with a passion for proving value through continuous optimization and structured experiments
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to pivot between high-level project management and granular campaign adjustments
A collaborative spirit and a genuine curiosity to understand the "why" behind customer behavior and business shifts
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
2+ years of experience in Paid Social (Agency or In-house)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Retail or eCommerce experience, with a solid understanding of how Social feeds into a larger omnichannel sales funnel
Experience analyzing creative and audiences and running A/B tests
Proficiency in Excel and Data Visualization, using tools like Tableau and Looker
