About the Role

Temporary Data & Content Specialist

Location: Fort Worth (75261) | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $21+ BOE (Based on Experience)

• Full-time, 40 hours/week

• Temporary assignment (3–6 months), W2

• Start date: ASAP

Role Impact

This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and usability of the online product catalog. The Temporary Data & Content Specialist supports website quality by sourcing, organizing, and uploading technical documentation tied to specific products and models. Success in this role improves customer access to accurate product information and enhances overall digital catalog performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and source product documentation from manufacturer websites and approved references, including user manuals, data sheets, application notes, white papers, and product videos

• Upload and manage documentation within the content management system (CMS)

• Apply standardized naming conventions and metadata (structured data tags and product attributes) to ensure consistency and search accuracy

• Associate all resources with the correct products and models in the catalog

• Review and update existing product descriptions for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards

• Perform structured data entry and updates across product records

• Identify content gaps and recommend improvements to enhance catalog completeness

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive data entry tasks

• Experience with data entry or content management systems (CMS)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to navigate technical documentation independently

• Internal product catalog systems

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with technical product terminology

• Experience organizing structured metadata or digital asset management (DAM) systems
