Home / Career / Marketing Performance Associate Intern Marketing Performance Associate Intern Apply Now MARKETING PERFORMANCE ASSOCIATE INTERN Apply Now COUNTRY Argentina, Colombia FORMAT Remote Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a a highly detail-oriented, analytical Marketing Performance Associate Intern to support marketing reporting, performance analysis, and marketing data operations for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina or Colombia. Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider that enables organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide.  6-month internship program (with possible extension). You will own recurring reporting, proactively identify performance trends, and help optimize marketing tracking and measurement frameworks. This is a fully remote contractor position ideal for an early-career professional looking to grow at the intersection of marketing analytics, performance reporting, and marketing operations. REQUIREMENTS: 0-2 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar data-focused role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets cannot act as a supplement for Excel), including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements), pivot tables, conditional formatting, and visualizations. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Be comfortable working with numbers, large datasets, and system-based data. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, troubleshoot issues, and ask questions. Interest in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or marketing technology. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own recurring weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting. Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to track leads, sales inquiries, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance. Analyze funnel conversion rates and identify performance gaps. Monitor website and campaign metrics to surface trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Partner with sales and revenue operations to validate pipeline and opportunity data accuracy Monitor lead flow between Chili Piper, LeanData, Pardot (Account Engagement), and Salesforce. Support governance of Salesforce campaign structure and attribution consistency Help improve marketing data infrastructure and documentation. Analyze paid media, organic, and inbound channel performance. Support attribution analysis and pipeline contribution reporting. Assist in trend analysis using historical performance data. Conduct regular audits of lead/sales inquiry, campaign, and opportunity data. Document tracking standards and measurement frameworks. Recommend improvements to enhance reporting reliability and automation. Collaborate with marketing channel owners to improve tracking accuracy. Support Sales Operations alignment on reporting Contribute to performance summaries for executive stakeholders. Create clear visualizations and executive-ready slides summarizing performance insights. Partner with MarTech team members to ensure lead routing is up to date and accurate.
