Job Description
Perform general maintenance for residential and light commercial building repairs
Execute carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical, and plumbing tasks across assigned properties
Coordinate with and engage subcontractors to address more complex maintenance issues
Key Requirements
Demonstrated general facility maintenance skills across multiple trades
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
