About the Role

Are you a Mechanical Project Engineer from a manufacturing or similar engineering background? Are you looking for a technically diverse role offering further industry specific training in the chemical space? An excellent opportunity is available to join a leading chemical manufacturer and join their world-class project engineering team. Acting as a mechanical subject matter expert, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver various process improvement and site installation projects across a top-tier COMAH site. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-function teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects. Coordinate project teams and provide technical guidance and support. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments and cost-benefit analysis to drive informed decision making. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, technical drawing and specifications. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
