<p><strong>Injection Mould&nbsp;Setter</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Stonehouse<br /> <strong>Working Hours:</strong><br /> Earlies &ndash; 5:30am to 2:00pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am to 11:00am on Fridays<br /> Lates &ndash; 2:00pm to 10:00pm Monday to Thursday and 11:00am to 6:00pm on Fridays<br /> <strong>Salary:</strong>&nbsp;&pound;35,510<br /> <strong>Contract:</strong>&nbsp;12-month Fixed Term Contract</p> <p>We are recruiting for a Injection Mould&nbsp;Setter to join a leading manufacturer in Stonehouse on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with proven experience in mould setting and process control who takes pride in producing high-quality components and maintaining an organised, safe working environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities of an Injection&nbsp;Mould Setter:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Carry out efficient tool changes and setup of all ancillary and associated equipment</li> <li>Conduct first-off and regular in-process inspections to ensure product quality</li> <li>Ensure process settings are maintained within specified guidelines and correctly documented</li> <li>Record and report any non-conformances and maintenance issues as required</li> <li>Assist with qualification of mouldings and participate in training as needed</li> <li>Maintain accurate production and quality records</li> <li>Promote a safe, clean, and compliant working environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills of a Injection Mould Setter:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within an injection moulding or manufacturing environment</li> <li>Ability to follow quality and safety procedures precisely</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving</li> <li>Excellent communication and record-keeping skills</li> </ul> <p>To apply for this role please forward your CV to andrew.penrith@first-base.co.uk or call Andrew on 01453 755330</p>
