<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS – final-year trainees are very welcome to apply.</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience teaching in Early Years Settings (placements count for ECTs).</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Good working knowledge of the primary curriculum across EYFS</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong classroom management skills and a positive, adaptable approach.</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Current DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one through Connex.</li>
