Advanced Practitioner - Adoption Team - North & Mid Devon

Social Worker required for work within the Adoption Team as an Advanced Practitioner in the Devon area in Barnstaple. This s for the North & Mid Team. Competitive rates of pay up to £42ph, long term contracts in a well managed supportive team. Flexible hybrid working. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced social worker to join our team, supporting children on their journey to adoption. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families. Key Responsibilities: *Bring a minimum of three years' experience working with children who have a plan for adoption. *Complete high-quality Child Permanency Reports, Adoption Placement Reports, and Support Plans in collaboration with Adopt South West, our Regional Adoption Agency. *Actively contribute to permanency planning and family finding processes. *Ensure children are thoroughly prepared for their adoption journey, with their voices heard and their individual needs met. *Provide consistent support to children throughout the adoption process. *Work closely with adoptive families to ensure tailored support is in place to promote successful placements.
