</div><div>This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for those with experience in camps, childcare, or youth programs who want to stay active and make a positive impact. You’ll lead soccer-based activity sessions where you’ll be on your feet, interacting with kids, guiding activities, and keeping energy high from start to finish.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead 10–20 sessions per week (based on availability)</li>
<li>Run fun, structured, and engaging classes using a provided curriculum</li>
<li>Keep children focused, active, and excited throughout each session</li>
<li>Manage groups of children in a positive and organized way</li>
<li>Adapt activities to different age groups (18 months–10 years)</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with children, families, and site staff</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all sessions</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience working with groups of children (camps, childcare, after-school programs, etc.)</li>
<li>High energy and enthusiasm—comfortable leading and engaging groups</li>
<li>Strong presence—able to keep kids focused while making things fun</li>
<li>Patient, positive, and adaptable</li>
<li>Reliable and able to manage time and responsibilities independently</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Ability to run, play, and stay active throughout multiple sessions</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry equipment (approx. 40 lbs)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel across San Diego required)</li>
<li>Availability for at least two weekdays and Saturdays</li>
<li>Min. 1-year commitment</li>
<li>Proof of TB test (as required)</li>
<li>Ability to pass background check</li>

<li>No prior soccer or coaching experience required (training provided)</li>
<li>$18–$23/hr for coaching sessions (based on experience)</li>
