Reconciliation: Consolidate and reconcile delivery status across quarterly intake requests, associated tasks, and milestones to ensure one unified narrative. Risk Management: Ensure reporting is clear and highlights risks, blockers, and required actions with a named owner. 2. Infrastructure & Standards System Management: Maintain a centralized reporting view linking core systems of record, including JIRA, internal trackers, and reference documentation. Governance: Establish and maintain standard definitions for reporting, including module sizing, surface taxonomy, audience targeting labels, and committed vs. placeholder dates. Data Integrity: Ensure reporting fields are consistently populated and resolve discrepancies through proactive follow-ups with task owners. 3. Performance & Share of Voice (SOV) SOV Ownership: Define and maintain the methodology for measuring site "Share of Voice" across agreed surfaces and time periods. Insight Summaries: Create performance snapshots that cover launch context, key observations, and recommended follow-ups. Launch Logs: Maintain a rigorous experiment and launch log including dates, audience targeting, and KPI definitions to ensure historical data is discoverable. 4. Post-Launch & Continuous Improvement Post-Mortems: Support post-launch readouts by aggregating performance inputs and documenting decisions and follow-up actions. Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years in Project Coordination, Marketing Operations, or Site Merchandising Operations. Technical Proficiency: JIRA & Confluence: Highly proficient in tracking tasks and linking documentation. Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced skills in data reconciliation and building complex tracking templates. Analytics: Comfortable pulling and summarizing performance indicators from approved dashboards. Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical status into business-ready, "decision-ready" summaries.
