Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
You will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support guided by teachers and therapists
Assist with communication strategies and behaviour support plans
Take part in outdoor learning, forest school sessions and hands‑on activities
Build trusting, nurturing relationships that help pupils feel safe and understood
Play a key part in helping children regulate, learn and grow each day
