CNC Machinist – Weekend Shift

About the Opportunity: • Job Title: CNC Machinist • Pay Rate Range: $27.50-$46.25/Hour • Location: Shakopee, MN • Schedule: Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 5AM-5:30PM • Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Dependability. 2. Ability to Setup, off set, tool change and inspect equipment. 3. Willingness to learn, train and grow your skills. 4. Willingness to help other departments if needed. 5. Deburring, grinding, buffering, etc. 6. Attention to detail. 7. Ability to follow instructions. 8. Basic computer skills. 9. Goes the extra mile. 10. Lifting 15-20lbs frequently and up to 35lbs on occasion. a. Team lifts or assisted lifting is available. 11. Must be willing to stand when working at jobs that do not allow you to sit. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. In this role, the CNC Machinist will set up, off set, tool change, and inspect equipment and more. 2. May also help with secondary tasks (deburring, grinding, buffering, etc.). 3. Company asked that this person be open to helping where and if needed at times. 4. Setting up, Offsetting, tool changes and inspecting 5. Machine operation 6. Deburring, grinding, buffering, etc. 7. Helping in other areas if needed.
