The successful candidate will have a paralegal or legal administrative / project background and experience, and knowledge of Funds formation is essential. The position is to work closely with the Funds partner and associates to ensure smooth and accurate time recording, billing information, task management and budgeting. The role could suit a Funds Paralegal who has a good knowledge of the process of establishing a special vehicle and who is keen to take on a broader role and responsibility to maximise the practice’s profitability. It is a strategic position in the team with key stakeholders on the fee-earning and billings teams. Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with partners, legal project managers and internal teams such as Revenue and Compliance.
