Lettings Consultant – Leicestershire

We are seeking an experienced Residential Lettings Consultant to join our clients busy and successful Residential Lettings team. The Role: You will manage the lettings process from start to finish, matching applicants to properties, carrying out viewings, negotiating lets, progressing references, and liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth tenancy start. Key Responsibilities: Understanding and a basic knowledge of the letting and referencing processes Strong negotiation skills Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a target driven environment Ability to multitask given the nature of the sector Attention to detail: critical for compliance checks Problem solving, thinking on your feet, is critical to resolve issues, delays or tenant/client concerns Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year lettings experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) Full UK driving licence Remuneration Details: Full time – Monday to Friday 9.00am–5.15pm Salary: £25,000 per annum with a commission-based structure for each property let Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, on-site parking
