Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – Part TimePrimary School, HatfieldStart Date: Immediate
A friendly and inclusive primary school in Hatfield is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Early Years team on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to giving children the very best start to their education. The successful candidate will support high-quality teaching and learning within our Early Years setting, helping to create a stimulating, safe and engaging environment where every child feels valued and supported to thrive.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Support children’s learning through play-based, child-centred approaches
Observe, assess and contribute to planning next steps in learning
Promote children’s wellbeing, independence and positive behaviour
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Work effectively as part of a collaborative Early Years team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
