<p><strong>HR Business Partner needed in North London Paying £26.71 per hr ref 013507</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
</p>
<p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide strategic HR partnering across housing services, supporting managers to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused services.</li>
<li>Lead and manage complex ER casework including capability, disciplinary, grievance, sickness, and safeguarding‑related workforce issues.</li>
<li>Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE, workforce planning and service redesign.</li>
<li>Advise on HR policy, employment law, best practice, and sector-specific housing workforce challenges.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with leaders, providing coaching and guidance to enhance people management capability.</li>
<li>Contribute to organisational development, talent, and culture initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and wellbeing.</li>
<li>Use workforce data and insights to influence decision making and support continuous improvement across housing operations.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with unions, managers, and stakeholders to support positive industrial relations.</li>
<li>Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all HR activities and embed values‑led behaviours.</li>
