Our practices focus exclusively on adult patients (18+) and specialize in comprehensive tooth replacement solutions, including extractions, dentures, implants, and fixed arches. With high surgical volume and a strong clinical support model, this opportunity is ideal for providers who are passionate about surgery and comprehensive treatment planning.

You’ll practice in a state-of-the-art environment equipped with 3D cone beam imaging and an innovative on-site denture lab — supported by live implant training, structured continuing education, and a leadership team that handles the business side so you can focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health and tooth replacement options

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive care in a high-volume implant and removable prosthetics practice

• Perform extractions and provide removable and implant services

• Collaborate closely with the on-site lab to design dentures and partials

• Lead and mentor clinical and non-clinical team members

• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through structured continuing education

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Implant experience required

• Surgical experience with complex cases

• Compassionate, patient-centered provider with excellent chairside manner

• Team-oriented leader with a passion for clinical excellence and practice success

Compensation

$225,000 – $450,000+ per year
