Client Side Property Manager – Hertfordshire

Client-Side Property Manager – Essex / Herts (Hybrid) – c£70k + £4.5k car & extensive benefits

We’re working with a niche national developer which specialises in high end heritage sites.

With an award winning portfolio of sympathetic yet modern designs, their estates are overseen by top quality managing agents who are held to the highest standards from handover through snagging and beyond.

As a result of both a healthy pipeline of new developments under construction and a commitment to maintaining standards, they now seek a Client Side Property Manager to manage managing agents as follows:

• Non-portfolio role, working on a hybrid basis (1-2 days WFH once settled) from an Essex/Herts borders head office.
• Managing the managing agents who themselves manage a Southeast based portfolio of high-end developments
• Upholding quality throughout, ensuring the high standards placed upon the management companies are reflected in the services they provide to residents at all times
• Liaising with residents in relation to escalated issues as they arise, going back to the managing agent in question with your findings/decision
• You will come from a stable career background with extensive block management experience, ideally (but not essentially) underpinned by recognised professional qualification
• You will have managed the handover/snagging process of new builds from completion, and understand the timescales within which residents expect issues to be resolved where defects have been identified and acknowledged
• First and foremost you will be service minded, quality focused and technically proficient with outstanding customer services skills and a desire to uphold an industry leading reputation

Salary for the successful client-side property manager will include a basic salary from £60k – £70k plus £4,500 car allowance, bonus, and extensive benefits as well as BUPA and 5 weeks holiday to start.
