About the Role
Help shape how users interact with a growing ecosystem of connected products, cloud platforms, mobile applications, and physical devices. We are looking for a senior UX professional with proven experience designing user experiences for connected physical products and complex digital platforms. In this role, you will help define scalable and intuitive experiences across devices, applications, and services — ensuring seamless interaction between hardware, software, and cloud-based ecosystems. This is not a traditional app or website UX role. We are looking for someone who understands the challenges of designing experiences that extend into the physical world — where users interact across mobile apps, embedded interfaces, connected products, remote controls, and cloud services as part of one unified experience. You will play a key role in modernizing and elevating the customer experience across our expanding digital and connected product portfolio. Meet your future team You will work closely with our UX Lead Architect, product managers, developers, and platform architects to establish scalable UX principles and interaction models across our connected ecosystem. Your work will help shape: Connected physical products and device interactions Mobile and web applications Cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions Multi-device and cross-platform user journeys UX frameworks and scalable design systems A key part of the role is bringing structure and consistency to complex experiences that span both digital interfaces and physical products. You will define and evolve: Information architecture and navigation models Cross-platform and cross-device interaction patterns Reusable UX frameworks and design systems User flows across connected products and services UX standards supporting both internal teams and external partners You will also help ensure UX is integrated early in platform and product decisions. Working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and external stakeholders, you will balance: Customer needs Technical feasibility Scalability Business goals to create intuitive and sustainable user experiences across both hardware and software environments. In addition, you will: Facilitate UX workshops and collaboration sessions Conduct user research and usability testing Support rapid prototyping, concept validation, and MVP development Help improve UX consistency and quality across the broader ecosystem Because our solutions span cloud services, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and connected devices, you will work with complex workflows and multi-device experiences where usability, scalability, and integration quality are critical. As part of our modernization journey, we are also exploring how AI-supported workflows can accelerate design, prototyping, and validation processes. You will help identify practical opportunities to leverage these capabilities to improve speed, insight, and UX quality over time. Who we are looking for You are a senior UX professional with strong systems thinking and a proven ability to simplify complex user experiences across both digital platforms and physical products. You are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, and you enjoy collaborating with technical teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to shape scalable connected experiences. Most importantly, you have real experience designing UX for physical or connected products — not only web or mobile applications. You understand how users interact across hardware, software, and services, and you know how to create experiences that feel unified across multiple touchpoints. You likely bring experience from: Connected products, IoT ecosystems, or smart devices Enterprise SaaS or complex digital platforms Multi-device and cross-platform UX environments Information architecture and scalable UX frameworks Design systems and responsive design Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams User research, usability testing, and workshop facilitation You also bring strong capabilities within: Figma or equivalent modern UX and prototyping tools Interaction design and workflow optimization Accessibility principles and responsive UX standards Understanding of front-end technologies and API-driven platforms Stakeholder communication and collaboration Experience with cloud platforms, operational workflows, embedded interfaces, connected hardware, or data-heavy interfaces will be considered a strong advantage. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving complex UX challenges across ecosystems — not just designing isolated interfaces — and who is motivated by creating scalable experiences that deliver real customer and business value.
