<p data-start="194" data-end="537"><strong data-start="194" data-end="207">Overview:</strong><br data-start="207" data-end="210" /> We are seeking experienced Application Architects with strong exposure to enterprise platforms including <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">SAP</span></span> and <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Workday</span></span>. This role will focus on application architecture across a complex landscape, supporting large-scale transformation and separation activities.</p>
<p data-start="539" data-end="566"><strong data-start="539" data-end="564">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="567" data-end="1099">
<li data-section-id="qozi6r" data-start="567" data-end="669">Lead application assessments and define migration strategies (lift & shift, rebuild, replace, TSA)</li>
<li data-section-id="1erv55t" data-start="670" data-end="739">Design high-level architecture across SaaS and on-premise systems</li>
<li data-section-id="1wo5wtt" data-start="740" data-end="840">Oversee and support complex system integrations, including <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">MuleSoft</span></span></li>
<li data-section-id="jhj56c" data-start="841" data-end="918">Contribute to ERP, CRM, and payroll system design and separation planning</li>
<li data-section-id="1mobrae" data-start="919" data-end="1005">Produce application heatmaps and support migration planning/backlog prioritisation</li>
<li data-section-id="66zqlj" data-start="1006" data-end="1099">Support data architecture activities including data classification and migration approach</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1101" data-end="1124"><strong data-start="1101" data-end="1122">Key Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="1125" data-end="1566">
<li data-section-id="n74jte" data-start="1125" data-end="1186">Proven experience as an Application or Solution Architect</li>
<li data-section-id="1ow4kf7" data-start="1187" data-end="1298">Strong experience across <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">SAP</span></span> and/or <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Workday</span></span></li>
<li data-section-id="xz1lim" data-start="1299" data-end="1376">Solid understanding of integrations and enterprise application ecosystems</li>
<li data-section-id="1mljnbn" data-start="1377" data-end="1433">Experience across both SaaS and on-prem environments</li>
<li data-section-id="11hhn4d" data-start="1434" data-end="1479">Strong high-level design (HLD) capability</li>
<li data-section-id="hmppk1" data-start="1480" data-end="1566">Experience in transformation, carve-outs, or system separation is highly desirable</li>
