We’re looking for a Business-to-Business Outside Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive and outgoing attitude, professional presentation, and the confidence to cold call, do door-to-door prospecting, and build connections. Must be reliable and have a high degree of accountability.
This role offers competitive hourly compensation plus bonuses and commissions, with a first-year OTE of approximately $56,000–$62,000.
What You’ll Do:Visit local businesses to introduce our staffing and workforce solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Identify client needs and communicate how we can help solve their staffing challenges
Track activity and follow up with prospects regularly
Represent our company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you genuinely enjoy connecting with others
Comfort with cold calling and initiating conversations in person
Reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver’s license, and a good driving history
Presentable, personable, and persistent
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
A high level of honesty and accountability
Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Competitive hourly pay + gas/mileage reimbursement + uncapped commission potential (first-year OTE: $56,000–$62,000)
