Level 3 Teaching Assistant South Warwickshire

About the role:

Justteachers are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Kenilworth from September 2026. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in the classroom.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum. You will provide both general classroom support and targeted intervention, helping pupils to achieve their full potential academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional needs
• Assist in the planning and preparation of learning resources and activities
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Pre-requisites:

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
