Please see job highlights below for more information.</p> <p>Title: Director of Nursing<br /> Location: Lower Westchester County NY<br /> Salary: $180,000 to $220,000 + full comprehensive benefits </p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Overseeing registered nurses in our hospital setting<br /> Involved with hiring decisions and performance reviews<br /> Creating budget for nursing department<br /> Working with executive staff to ensure patient care is of high quality<br /> Developing policies and procedures<br /> Implementing strategic plan to assist daily nursing practice<br /> Work collaboratively with other healthcare workers such as Physical Therapists and MD’s<br /> Documenting notes in EMR system when appropriate<br /> Develop plans to make nursing services more efficient</p> <p>Requirements:<br /> New York State Registered Nurse license<br /> BSN or Masters of Nursing Degree<br /> Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience with pediatrics<br /> Strong experience working in pediatrics<br /> Good communication skills<br /> BLS </p> <p>For further consideration, send resume or email to Alexg@smitharnold.com VP of recruitment or call 914-774-8202</p>
