From Warehouse to Training Leader

I have been in my current role for two years now. I am a training coordinator for all new hires, working at both the Woonsocket and North Smithfield Distribution Centers. I lead all first day orientation sessions where I talk about health benefits, 401k, colleague resource groups, and other resources that colleagues can take advantage of when working here.    Aside from leading first day orientations, I lead specific trainings for order selectors, stockers, palletizers, and loaders. My goal is to equip all new colleagues with the knowledge and support to feel successful in their new journeys with CVS.
