<p><strong>Job Title: IT Support Apprenticeship</strong></p>

<strong>Location: Cambridge</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking IT Support Apprentices in the Cambridgeshire area! The successful candidate will have a keen interest in technology and be keen to learn, with the opportunity to develop and progress within the role.</p>
<p><strong>Main duties will include:</strong></p>
<p>• Supporting the IT systems and networks</p>
<p>• Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues</p>
<p>• Installing and configuring hardware, software and networks</p>
<p>• Supporting and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals</p>
<p>• Maintaining and updating user accounts</p>
<p>• Providing technical advice and assistance</p>
<p>• Assisting with the development of internal systems</p>
<p>• Assisting with the maintenance of IT security</p>
<p><strong>Things to learn! </strong></p>
<p>• Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, AD, and Azure </p>
<p>• Networking , storage and security </p>
<p>• Customer support and project work</p>
<p><strong>All you need! </strong></p>
<p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p>
<p>• Excellent customer service skills</p>
<p>• Excellent communication skills</p>
<p>• No experience needed just a passion for learning and technology! </p>
