Software Engineering Team Lead Our client is on crypto’s cutting-edge technology, and we’re looking for the right engineers to join them. This is a remote position for any European or UK candidates. Our client's Blockchain Distribution Network ( BDN ) allows DeFi (Decentralized Finance) traders to make better trades by being better connected. The key difference is that in the decentralized world of DeFi, you need to be connected to everyone . Coinbase is one of their investors. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of blockchain core experts Managing the team's road map Improve (suggest and implement) the speed of the BDN (Blockchain Distribution Network) based on the blockchain protocol, network and consensus model Create offerings that leverage the speed of the data that passes through the blockchain distribution network Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and other future blockchains on the roadmap Requirements 2+ years experience in managing Sr. Software Engineer which are experts in their field At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general 2+ years experience in Blockchain propagation, consensus (one of the following networks: Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon and Solana) Expertise using Go language Creative, independent, can do attitude, and a great team player Ability to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)
