Location: Home-based (Southern England)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + OTE £55,000 + Company Car + Benefits

The role

We’re supporting a growing business in the construction sector who are looking to bring in an experienced UK Sales Manager to take ownership of their Southern territory.

This is a mix of account management and new business, so you’ll be developing existing relationships while actively winning new work. You’ll be selling a technical product range, so someone who understands the construction market will do well here.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and growing existing key accounts
• Identifying and winning new business across your patch
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline
• Working with contractors, distributors, and merchants
• Promoting a range of construction products
• Tracking market trends and competitor activity
• Reporting on performance and forecasts
• Attending client meetings, site visits, and industry events

What we’re looking for

Essential

• Proven sales experience within the construction sector
• Strong track record of winning new business
• Confident managing accounts and building relationships
• Self-sufficient and comfortable working remotely

Nice to have

• Experience with chemical anchoring or wood repair products
• Background selling into contractors or distributors
• Technical understanding of construction materials

The basics

• Field-based role covering Southern England
• Regular travel required (some overnight stays)
• Full UK driving licence needed
