We are on an exciting journey to expand our Husqvarna Home Service program – a modern concept that brings the full Husqvarna robotic experience directly to the customer’s doorstep through mobile, partner-driven operations. This program is one of our fastest-growing sales channels, and we are looking for a passionate commercial professional to drive its success. Your role will be key in building long-term customer relationships and driving operational excellence. About the role As Home Service Representative – Southern Sweden, you will be responsible for driving and developing the Husqvarna Home Service channel in the southern part of Sweden. The role is highly operational and field-based, with a strong focus on sales performance, partner coaching, and presence in day-to-day operations. You work closely with Home Service partners and van operators, supporting them in customer consultations, installations, and sales activities related to robotic lawnmowers. A large part of the role is spent in the field through ride-alongs, partner visits, local events, fairs, and on-site coaching. Your main responsibilities include: Driving sales results and following up on key KPIs such as sold units, conversion rate, and NPS Coaching, supporting, and challenging partners and operators to ensure high activity levels and strong customer experience Ensuring that partners follow agreed routines, processes, and standards within the Home Service program Building strong, long-term relationships with partners and acting as a trusted commercial advisor Supporting onboarding and development of new Home Service partners in the region Planning and structuring your work independently, including route planning and visit prioritization Collaborating closely with sales colleagues, marketing, and internal stakeholders This is a hands-on commercial role with minimal administrative work. Expect to spend 4 days per week in the field, actively engaging with partners and operators. About you Proven experience from field sales, ideally combined with a background in retail or store-based sales. Experience working close to customers, dealers, or partners in a commercial environment Ability to coach, influence, and follow up performance without formal line management Proven ability to work independently and structure your time in a field-based role Strong understanding of the sales process, from consultation to follow-up and conversion Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Driving license required. To thrive in this role, you need to be energetic, ambitious, and highly self-driven. You enjoy being out in the field, building relationships, and taking action. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are motivated by seeing tangible results. Location Preferably based in Malmö, covering southern Sweden.
