The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care, demonstrates strong surgical expertise, and values collaboration within a multidisciplinary medical team.  Compensation:  $4500 Per Shift Responsibilities Provide comprehensive surgical and clinical care for patients with neurological conditions Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures with precision and clinical excellence Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in neurosurgery and apply best practices Participate in the education and training of medical students and residents as needed Schedule Highlights Per diem role with a two weeks on / two weeks off rotation Balanced workload supporting both professional fulfillment and personal well-being Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery Residency Program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery Active Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong surgical skills with experience across a wide range of neurosurgical procedures Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package - $4,500 Per Day Predictable and balanced work schedule Opportunity to work alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary medical team Supportive and collaborative practice environment
