Your role as a Sales Support Representative (Order Processing):
As a Sales Support Representative, you are the link between customers, account managers, and internal departments. You ensure that orders run smoothly and that customers are assisted quickly and professionally. You work at the heart of the commercial operation and have a direct impact on customer satisfaction. No two days are the same: you can expect plenty of variety, responsibility, and interaction.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Processing and checking orders via the sales portal, email, and telephone
• Resolving questions, issues, and complaints related to products and deliveries
• Contributing ideas for improvements to work and order processes
• Collaborating with account managers and other branches within the group

Who are you?

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Accurate and well-organised
• MBO-level working and thinking ability
• Experience with order processing or in an internal sales role is an advantage
• You learn quickly and can work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, such as SAP or Dynamics
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of English

Your work environment at AquaDistri:
We are AquaDistri B.V. a proud branch of the Aquatic Wholesale Group. We supply an extensive range of products, including ornamental- and pond fish, aquarium plants and reptiles, to more than 3,500 shops both nationally and internationally! At our logistics centre in Klundert, everything comes together – from goods to fish and plants – to collect and prepare orders for shipment. We take care of transport ourselves, with our own team of drivers and together with transport partners.
