Senior Solution Architect – Managed Services (Senior Manager) UK | Hybrid Up to c.£120k + Bonus + BenefitsI’m working with a leading consulting organisation looking to hire a Senior Solution Architect to join a growing Managed Services solutioning team.This is a senior role focused on designing complex outsourcing and managed service solutions for large clients. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, architects and delivery teams to shape solutions that address complex operational and technology challenges, helping to win and deliver large transformation engagements.The position sits within a specialist team responsible for developing scalable managed service offerings, building operating models, transition plans and commercial cases that support major bids.Key responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand business challenges, operational requirements and transformation goalsDesign end-to-end managed service solutions across business and technology operationsDevelop target operating models, delivery models and transition plansSupport large proposals by producing solution documentation, business cases and ROI analysisIdentify risks, assumptions and dependencies within solution designsWork with sales and delivery leadership to shape competitive bids and proposalsWhat they’re looking for:Experience designing outsourcing or managed service solutionsBackground building operating models, transition or transformation plansStrong understanding of commercial cases, cost modelling and ROIAbility to articulate solutions clearly within client proposals and bidsComfortable working with senior stakeholders across sales and delivery teamsPublic sector experience beneficialThis is a great opportunity to join a high-growth managed services function, playing a key role in shaping complex deals and building scalable solutions for large organisations.Package:Competitive base salary (c.£110k–£120k)Performance bonusPrivate medicalPension and life assurance25 days holiday + bank holidaysFlexible hybrid workingIf you’d like to hear more, feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.
